Almost 20 years later, City Special Metals have gained a globally respected reputation as a company and supplier, whilst becoming the UK’s leading independent supplier in Controlled Expansion Alloys, Low Expansion Alloys, Corrosion Resistant Alloys & High Performance Alloys.
We have gained this success due to maintaining our core values whilst offering a professional service to our clients. In July 2015, we achieved our accreditation to AS9120 B the Aerospace Requirements for Stockist and Distributors. This standard includes ISO 9001:2008 quality management system.
CSM hold an unrivalled range of stock to which we offer over 2,500 stock lines in over 50 different grades. Our stock, along with our electronics resource planner (ERP), creates achievable work schedules therefore giving confidence on all delivery schedules and allows us to meet our clients lead times.
Our Signature Alloys
Our signature alloys are Kovar, Invar 36 and Alloy 42 and we also hold a wide range of other specialist alloys such as;
OFHC Copper, Titanium, Molybdenum, Super Alloys, Nickel Alloys, Brazing Alloys, Stainless Steel, Aluminium Alloys, Phosphor Bronze.
All of which can be supplied in a number of different forms including;
Plate, Round Bar, Sheet, Coil, Flat Bar, Square Bar, Wire, Tube, Rings.
And offered in various thicknesses and sizes.
